Description

I created a Habit Tracker and wanted to share it with you all. You can download and print this page each month to stay on top of developing positive habits.

The goal should be to cross off one box every day. Remember, life happens and it’s ok to miss one day; but you shouldn’t miss two days in a row.

Some examples of habits you can track are:
  1. Drinking 2.5L of water per day
  2. Walking 10 000 steps per day
  3. Reading 5 pages of a book per day
  4. Meditating for 10 minutes per day
  5. Delaying your caffeine intake for 90 minutes every morning

Don’t forget to reward yourself at the end of the month. This will encourage you to keep pushing through on the tough days so that eventually, these positive changes will become habits.
