I created a Habit Tracker and wanted to share it with you all. You can download and print this page each month to stay on top of developing positive habits.
The goal should be to cross off one box every day. Remember, life happens and it’s ok to miss one day; but you shouldn’t miss two days in a row.

Don’t forget to reward yourself at the end of the month. This will encourage you to keep pushing through on the tough days so that eventually, these positive changes will become habits.
