My Rating: 10/10. This was an easy read, full of great examples and explanations as to why we manage money the way we do.
My Rating: 10/10. A must read! This book really highlights the power of small actions repeated over and over again (whether positive or negative). The Compound Effect is packed with worksheets you can use to help you take steps towards taking control of your life.
My Rating: 8/10. Dr. Dispenza does a great job of explaining how our thoughts create our reality using science-backed research. It took a while for me to read because it is packed with interesting data, case studies and meditations.
My Rating: 10/10. James Clear breaks down everything you need to know about habits. The power of habits, your environment and how to get 1% better every day. This was an inspiring and interesting book to read.
My Rating: 8/10. Goggins is renowned for his mental toughness and his ability to push past the perceived limits of the human body. Whenever I feel challenged, I automatically think "What would David Goggins do?"
My Rating: 7/10. A great book that is packed with useful lessons. It took me a while to work my way through this book and I should probably read it again to get the maximum impact.
My Rating: 9/10. This classic is a must read. It's entertaining and even though it was written decades ago, each lesson is still useful today.
My Rating: 8/10. Vishen has collected the main contributing factors that are required to succeed. I enjoyed Vishen's writing and reading about his own transformation.
My Rating: 7/10. I would recommend this book to anyone who is new to the personal development world and wants to dive a little deeper into Arnold’s mind
My Rating: 8/10 Through a series of real-life examples and psychological insights, Gladwell challenges our assumptions about how well we can judge others and highlights the biases that often cloud our judgment.
My Rating: 9/10 The book is based on Hill's interviews with over 500 successful people, including Andrew Carnegie, Henry Ford, and Thomas Edison. In it, he shares his findings on the principles of success, and how anyone can achieve their goals if they are willing to put in the work
